Biscutella didyma (Cruciferae)

Biscutella

A tiny, slender annual to 25cm with simple blade-shaped leaves lightly toothed, taperine towards the base. Flowers minute and pale yellow often appearing as half-closed. Seed pods characteristically of two round discs ("spectacles" or "little plates").

Wasteland and stony slopes.
