Erodium moschatum (Geraniaceae)

Musky Stork's Bill

Similar to the Common Stork's Bill (E. cicutarium), but with less deeply divided leaves. Spreading, bristly annual to 50cm high. Flowers, mauve, 6-8 in a long-stalked umbel. Carpels spindle-shaped growing to 4-5 cm long.

Common in gardens, field edges and waste ground.
